It's nearly 2am and I couldn't sleep. Maybe because I am a bit shocked with what happened this afternoon in Makati - a semi-planned coup attack led by Sen. Trillanes and some of his Magdalo soldiers. I was still in the office when a news was declared regarding the curfew tonight which starts at 12mn to 5am the next day. Because of that curfew, our movie night was canceled and everyone just went home.
As soon as I got home, my mom told me about what happened this afternoon in Manila Peninsula and everything. And later on, the news and the real scenario just showed up on tv. It was creepy you know, seeing all the police, SWAT teams and military + hearing the wails of their car's siren; a marine tank which suddenly came inside the hotel by force; some gun shootings; media men who are teary-eyed and nearly suffocated due to the tear gas that threw inside; everything was just unbelievable and so out of place. And I'm so glad (on my part) that I am quite far away from Makati area. There were some talks that say, maybe the 'Martial Law' will repeat once again in PGMA's regime. I hope it's not or else my social life will be doomed. Everybody is doomed then!!

I thought of updating my blog here before going home. So here it is - UPDATE!
I'm glad it's not raining anymore (no more typhoons!). It will be convenient for me once again to ride the bus. I'm going to update tomorrow ok? Bye-ah!
There's nothing much to say but I just felt like making a new post here. I just couldn't believe that it's one month more to go before Christmas. As of this moment I still can't feel the "spirit of Christmas" but only the "simoy ng hangin" is in the air. That's right, it's a bit chilly every night. I even have to crouch under my blanket to keep myself warm. LOL. So do you have Christmas tree at home or even the colorful and bright lanterns hanging on your house? Well, we don't have any yet. Remember my previous post - that we've just moved in?
So anyway, it's Sunday here today. I haven' showered yet but I will…later. I've got to go malling also this afternoon to buy some things needed at home. The I'd go to church afterwards to pray. That's it for now. I wish you a great week ahead, guys. See ya around here soon! *waving
I am doing a header, some logo and buttons for the web page of one our clients. Honestly, I am not that good in designing and photoshop but still I always try my very best. I put a lot of effort in it and I know in the end, I will be very proud with my work.
And speaking of work, our company is not having a Christmas party this year. We had a meeting last Friday and our directress and managers told us that there is still no confirmation yet from the Administrators if we're gonna have a party or not. You see, it's almost December (we are nearing the 4th week of November) and they still won't tell us the truth. I think they are still keeping our hopes high but hey, we don't want to be kept hanging up in the space. Just tell us straightly, right?
So anyway, let me stop ranting about our Christmas party. Going to the lighter side, my landlady ahs finally made me an account in my subhosted blog! I was super delighted that I spent the whole day last Monday uploading several templates and plugins for it. View my blog here and tell me what you think about it. Does it look nice or it needs to get fixed? I need your opinion. =)
This is not about work, mind you. Can you imagine I've been busy at home?! Most of the time when I'm home, I would just slump on the sofa and watch or simply lay down on my bed and get lots of zzz's. But last weekend was a tiring one! We moved out of Cavite and moved in to Manila once again. I was delighted with that idea but I didn't expect that my mom and I will be arranging all the things in our new home. My sister attended a wedding ceremony and my brother have gone to work. I was dead tired at the end of the day and I wasn't able to visit the nearby mall (I heard they were on sale). So much for my plans.. they were ruined. So that's what happened to my weekend. A very plain and boring weekend!
